She\u2019s not playing with your feelings or any of that. More likely she\u2019s <em>testing the waters <\/em>to see how manly you really are&#8230; and if you&#8217;re worth her time and affections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that leads us to the obvious next question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it\u2019s all a test, how do you <em>pass <\/em>it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the answer&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s only one way to respond: <em>fight fire with fire.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is, you send mixed signals back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I call this strategy the \u201cFire and Ice\u201d Method, and here\u2019s how it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two steps to the process&#8230; which we call Fire and Ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step, or the Fire step, is to <strong>pick up on the hint.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a few days, act like you got the message and start treating her like someone you\u2019d like to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means you call her up, chat with her, buy her a sweet little something\u2014you get the idea, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And yet, whatever you do, <em>don\u2019t confess your feelings or talk about her signals.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, just have fun with her. Give her the sense that you <em>got the message, <\/em>and you\u2019re now making your move on her. You&#8217;re acting just any other guy who&#8217;s interested in a girl.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, that\u2019s the first step\u2014pick up on the hint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next step is what we call Ice step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, here\u2019s the second step in the Fire and Ice Method\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go ice cold.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just as abruptly as you started \u201cmaking your move,\u201d disappear from her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That means zero communication with her. You don\u2019t respond to her messages, no matter how frantic or emotional they get. We&#8217;re talking about radio silence here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And one week later, re-establish communication with her\u2014but be <em>lukewarm.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>None of the warm, fuzzy, lovey-dovey feelings you had during the first step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, act like you\u2019re still fond of her\u2014but only as a <em>friend<\/em>. You&#8217;re friend-zoning her like the Giga Chad you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And watch as she starts chasing you. She\u2019ll text and call you, and maybe even ask you out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When that happens, you know you\u2019ve done things right. You can now see her regularly, go on dates, and make her your girlfriend if you like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that, my friend, is how you respond to a girl\u2019s mixed signals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, there\u2019s a catch\u2014it won\u2019t last forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use the Fire and Ice Method on her too long, she\u2019ll think you\u2019re just playing with her feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when that happens, her love will turn to distaste\u2014and it won\u2019t be pretty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why you must seal the deal by using another technique&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;and this one\u2019s called <strong>Fractionation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s one of my favorite techniques for a reason\u2013it works like gangbusters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to think of Fractionation as the Fire and Ice Method on <strong>steroids<\/strong>. It puts women on emotional rollercoasters and never let them off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And by doing so, it makes women not only feel attracted to you, but totally <em>addicted <\/em>to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And why is that important?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of it this way&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a woman sends you mixed signals, it means she likes you, and yet she&#8217;s still unsure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you know what? That\u2019s a great position for you to be in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the many men in her life, you made the cut. She sees you as more than just a friend or acquaintance. You\u2019re a <em>potential lover.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The question is: Do you like her, too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do, then now\u2019s the time to seal the deal and <em>make her yours.<\/em> And where most men mess up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most guys try sucking up to her\u2014that doesn\u2019t work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other men try to look cool and act aloof around her\u2014and that doesn\u2019t work, either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What <em>does<\/em> work? Doing both in quick succession, that\u2019s what. That\u2019s what the Fire and Ice Method does\u2014you send your own mixed signals to beat her at her own game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only problem is that it\u2019s not something you can do over the long-term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t seal the deal and make her feel <em>addicted <\/em>to you, she\u2019ll &nbsp;soon lose interest. You\u2019ll lose her for good, and she ends up another sad memory for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, if you <em>do <\/em>make her feel addicted to you, then she\u2019ll <em>never <\/em>lose interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addiction is stronger than love or lust. She\u2019ll be psychologically <em>hooked <\/em>on you\u2014and she\u2019ll never leave you no matter what.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, of course, if you\u2019re not interested in a long-term relationship with her, then that\u2019s simple. Don\u2019t do anything. Right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ignore her mixed signals and let her interest fade. You don\u2019t need to do anything\u2014not even the Fire and Ice Method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For that matter, I\u2019d much rather you <em>didn\u2019t <\/em>try it at all.
