And when she says anything like, \u201cNo, I just feel something\u2019s missing if I don\u2019t put on my makeup,\u201d you\u2019ve Poked her. You\u2019ve made her prove herself to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is that important?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simple\u2014because in that simple interaction, she subconsciously<\/a> tried to win your approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s a tremendous <\/em>change. If she only saw you as a friend, she wouldn\u2019t do that. A<\/strong> woman only tries to win the approval of strong men <\/a>she sees as potential lovers.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yet that\u2019s at you made her do with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s another example. When she asks you to go out of your way to do something for you, tell her: \u201cBut that\u2019s boyfriend duty.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that, she might get annoyed, try to change your mind, or manipulate you<\/a> by saying something like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI thought you were going to be my boyfriend!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, you\u2019ve done the job. You\u2019ve got her qualifying herself to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s the \u201cPoke.\u201d And the more you do it, the more chances she\u2019ll wonder what it might be like if you were her boyfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s the first step of the process. While it\u2019s great to be halfway there, there\u2019s still one more step to take. And that\u2019s to \u201cProd\u201d her over the edge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s move on to the second step: Prod.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After you get her attention and make her see you as a potential lover, she\u2019ll start testing<\/em> you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expect her to push the boundaries by arguing, or even insulting you<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are things she never did with you when you were just friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s the thing, though. As a man, you might feel hurt or insulted by it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember\u2014she\u2019s testing <\/em>you. And if you react angrily or insecurely, you fail <\/em>the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She realizes all that Poking you were doing was just an act, and you\u2019re not really boyfriend-material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of reacting negatively, move on to the second step. Prod<\/em> her.<\/strong> That is, you nudge her further into wanting you as her boyfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
