If you ask any woman what she wants in a man, she\u2019ll say\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want a man who <strong><em>loves<\/em><\/strong> me.\u201d Or,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want someone who understands me, cares for me, and <strong><em>loves<\/em><\/strong> me for who I am.\u201d Or,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want warmth, affection, passion and <strong><em>love<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s love, love and more love, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you know what? Love is <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> what a woman truly wants. I know this sounds surprising, and yet it&#8217;s true. And I\u2019m going to prove it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we get into that, let\u2019s think about what we men want instead. So, let me ask you this. What do <strong><em>you<\/em><\/strong> want in a relationship?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you answer <em>love<\/em>, think again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t want love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m sticking my neck out here to say this, but here&#8217;s the truth\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Just like women, men don\u2019t want love.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shogun Method founder Derek Rake once told me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFredo, from the thousands of men I\u2019ve coached since 2015, I came to this one startling conclusion. There&#8217;s nothing worse, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Love is great, sure, but if you\u2019re <em>powerless<\/em> over your woman, your life will be horrible. Because trust me, man, I\u2019ve been there. So, I know how it feels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know, sometimes I look back at my pre-Shogun days and remember the one shitty relationship I once had. My girlfriend at that time&#8230; well, let&#8217;s just call her Miss Kunty. Miss Kunty, well, she didn&#8217;t respect me that much. She&#8217;d shit-test me everyday and humiliate me in front of her girl friends. She loved calling my three-year-old nephew &#8220;you little turd&#8221; and kicking my baby chihuahua. She did all that because she knew I was powerless against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And yet, you know what? I don\u2019t hate Miss Kunty at all, because she also suffered in the end. After all, I dumped her at her own birthday party in front of her mom, so that was somewhat humiliating I guess. I remembered letting rip a loud, victorious fart on the way out and so that was the icing on her ugly birthday cake. You should see the look on her stupid mom&#8217;s face when I did that. I felt like a king afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember&#8230; you don&#8217;t want love. You want power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How about women, though? What do they truly want?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, we can find the answer in Shogun Method\u2019s <strong>S\/P Theory<\/strong>. <em>(Robert: read this as S.P. Theory)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This theory digs deep into human psychology and proves we don\u2019t want love, but something else. The <strong>S<\/strong> in the name refers to what women want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do you think S stands for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sex?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sympathy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sense of humor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OK, so, here\u2019s what S in the S\/P Theory stands for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SECURITY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you guess that right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, here\u2019s something most people don\u2019t know or understand\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A woman doesn\u2019t start a relationship for love.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a woman agrees to be your girlfriend or wife, she&#8217;s not doing for love. She&#8217;s doing it for <em>surety<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, the only time a woman commits to a relationship is to feel secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mean, what\u2019s a marriage? It\u2019s a commitment enforced by law, ruled by societal expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a traditional marriage, the man is expected to provide for the woman, keep her from hunger and protect her from harm. It\u2019s about security. It&#8217;s not about love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And here\u2019s the other thing. When a woman gets married, she calls it <em>settling down<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What does that mean, really?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, it means she is giving up the fun and frolic of being single, <em>settling<\/em> for a safe and secure life with a male provider. She\u2019s exchanging freedom for security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, she\u2019s not doing for it love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And here&#8217;s the funny thing&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a woman leaves a man, what does she usually tell the world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;I don&#8217;t love him anymore.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s, of course, false. The real reason is he doesn&#8217;t give her enough security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, here&#8217;s the important thing to understand&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pendulum also swings the other way. When a woman feels <em>excessively<\/em> secure with a man, guess what happens?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excessive security leads to boredom, staleness, banality&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;and guess what? These are the ingredients of a relationship going to the dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Shogun Method&#8217;s S\/P Theory tells us is that there&#8217;s a <u>sweet spot<\/u> in the security spectrum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Too much security is as bad as too little security. Pamper her one day, ignore her the next. Be a docile little puppy one day, and a snarly asshole the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea is to mess with her mind so she can&#8217;t understand what the fuck&#8217;s going on. You&#8217;re putting her on an emotional roller coaster\u2013up in ecstasy one day only to plunge into despair the next. It&#8217;s exhilarating, it&#8217;s depressing&#8230; and it&#8217;s <em>addictive<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Shogun Method, we call this psychological phenomenon <strong>Fractionation<\/strong>. And it&#8217;s NOT love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two.<\/strong> So, what do we want in a relationship? The answer is simple. Men want POWER. Women want SECURITY.
