She changed her passwords. Whenever anyone calls her on her phone, she\u2019d always go to another room before answering&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And worst of all \u2013 she\u2019s been staying out late more often, though she says she&#8217;s just busy at the office. <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/cheating-at-the-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Is she cheating on me at work?<\/a> And if she is, then how to tell if she is lying about cheating?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I had to be honest. \u201cWell, D.E., it\u2019s hard for me to tell because I haven\u2019t met her and I haven\u2019t seen what she\u2019s doing,\u201d I said. \u201cBut I CAN teach you the <strong>Truth Triad<\/strong> technique.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTruth Triad?\u201d he repeated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYup,\u201d I answered. \u201cListen closely&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you, too, are worried about your woman\u2019s behavior and want to get to the truth&#8230; then this Shogun Method guide is for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019re about to learn how to tell if she\u2019s lying about cheating, and what to do if she IS cheating on you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Continue reading&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How To Tell If She\u2019s Lying To You<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>First of all, here\u2019s what you should NEVER do&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do <strong>NOT<\/strong> confront her. Do <strong>NOT<\/strong> accuse her of lying about cheating.<\/p>\n<p>Why not?<\/p>\n<p><em>Because it won\u2019t get the truth out. <\/em>If she\u2019s innocent, she just might feel hurt enough to break up with you.<\/p>\n<p>And if she\u2019s guilty, she\u2019ll deny it, accuse <strong>YOU<\/strong> of being paranoid&#8230; and THEN break up with you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confronting her is a <em>lose-lose<\/em> deal.<\/strong> This is one situation you DON\u2019T want to be honest and upfront. Make sense, right?<\/p>\n<p>So do this instead:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Use the Truth Triad.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>The \u201cTruth Triad\u201d is a series of three statements that does not accuse your woman of cheating. Instead, it SUGGESTS it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>What the Truth Triad does is this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your woman IS guilty of cheating on you, then her mind will go into overdrive, wondering if you know what she did.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how D.E. used the Truth Triad on his wife, Maggie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/why-does-she-play-games-with-me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Why Do Women Play Games With Men?<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Truth Triad: The First Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Maggie seemed to be working overtime a lot, coming home well past midnight several times a month.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So one night, when D.E. was still up when she came home, he asked, in a deadpan monotone:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSo&#8230; anything fun happened tonight?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the first statement. It\u2019s a deadpan statement\/question that makes a guilty woman wonder if you know what she did.<\/p>\n<p>If she\u2019s guilty, she\u2019ll give a defensive or dismissive reply like:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\u201cWhy? What do you THINK happened?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWhat kind of question is that?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>That\u2019s a HUGE red flag.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But if she gives an innocent reply \u2013 such as when she tells you about something fun that DID happen that night&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;then she\u2019s either truly innocent, or she\u2019s great at hiding her indiscretions (you won&#8217;t be able to see the <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/signs-she-has-someone-else\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">signs of her cheating<\/a> at all.)<\/p>\n<p>When that\u2019s what you get, then it\u2019s time for the second statement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Truth Triad: The Second Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Next, you tell her a story about someone who cheated on their partner, using the context of YOUR situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In D.E.\u2019s case, he said:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOkay, cool. I remember a story about the building where your company office is. Some woman cheated on her husband with the CEO of her company. I think it was (name of company). The poor husband found out and broke up with her. That building always reminds me of that story.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Again, If she\u2019s really cheating on you, this story will make her wonder:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Why did he mention that? Does he know? Is he HINTING he knows?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>She doesn\u2019t know. It\u2019ll drive her crazy \u2013 maybe even crazy enough to confess.<\/p>\n<p>But if she\u2019s innocent, she\u2019ll join in the conversation. It won\u2019t seem to bother her one bit.<\/p>\n<p>If she\u2019s good at hiding her indiscretions, she might give a defensive \u201cred flag\u201d reply.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, if she still doesn\u2019t confess after the second statement, then it\u2019s time for the third.<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/what-she-means-when-she-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">What A Woman Says (And What She Really Means)<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Truth Triad: The Third Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Lastly, you\u2019ll need to conjure up images of what you suspect she did, but using vague terminology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In D.E.\u2019s, case he said:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s crazy, right? Crazy how someone can break the heart of the one who loves them the most, and then expect to get away with it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is the \u201cdo-or-die\u201d moment. If she\u2019s guilty, she\u2019ll do one of three things:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/girlfriend-ignoring-me-for-a-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">She\u2019ll ignore you<\/a><\/li>\n<li>She\u2019ll pretend not to hear you<\/li>\n<li>She\u2019ll change the topic<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>But if she\u2019s innocent, she\u2019ll ask into your statement, and maybe even carry a conversation about it afterward.<\/p>\n<p>When that happens, you can relax. She\u2019s probably NOT cheating on you.<\/p>\n<p>Now, let\u2019s assume the worst in YOUR situation. Let\u2019s assume your woman IS cheating on you.<\/p>\n<p>What should you do?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What To Do If She Is Cheating?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>The most important thing to know is that she\u2019s NOT cheating on you for any of the following three reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>You\u2019re becoming less physically attractive<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re becoming boring in bed<\/li>\n<li>There\u2019s a hotter guy in her circle and he\u2019s available<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Instead, the main reason why women cheat on their men is this: <strong>Emotional unfulfillment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her emotional needs are not being met. And you, who\u2019s supposed to be the main provider of that emotional fulfilment, are not doing your job.<\/p>\n<p>When I told D.E. this, he protested.<em> \u201cBut I\u2019ve given her everything she needs! She\u2019s got a house, a car, a career, a retirement fund \u2013 I\u2019ve spent my whole damn life trying to make her happy!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I answered him \u2013 and you might want to take notes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Her emotional needs don\u2019t consist only of positive emotions, but also NEGATIVE ones.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s why.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the key to <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/understanding-relationships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">understanding relationships<\/a>: Women need regular doses of emotional rollercoasters in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of <em>&#8220;emotional rollercoasters&#8221;<\/em> include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Cycles of joy and drama<\/li>\n<li>Cycles of pressure and pleasure<\/li>\n<li>Cycles of stress and relief<\/li>\n<li>Cycles of fear and reassurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That shouldn\u2019t surprise you, right? After all, that\u2019s life. You can\u2019t appreciate the good times when you haven\u2019t been through the bad times.<\/p>\n<p>This fact of life plays out in a strange, yet undeniable, way in the female mind.<\/p>\n<p>So if <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-make-a-girl-happy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">you\u2019ve been making your woman happy<\/a> \u2013 that\u2019s great. Got Maggie To Stop Cheating On Him<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>In D.E.\u2019s case, Maggie WAS cheating on him.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And after his third statement, she broke and confessed. \u201cIt won\u2019t happen again, I swear,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately, D.E. extracted the truth. Maggie WAS cheating on him.<\/p>\n<p>And it was all because he used the Truth Triad.<\/p>\n<p>Now he had a choice. He could break up with her and go through a messy divorce&#8230; or he could get her back and <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-keep-a-woman-interested\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KEEP her<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He chose the latter. And he did it with a technique I taught him the day I met him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>That technique is called Fractionation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fractionation is a technique that has one goal:<\/p>\n<p><em>To inflict the negative emotions your woman desperately needs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D.E. used Fractionation on Maggie in different ways, including:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Disappearing for a few days with zero contact, then coming back to explain he just needed some \u201calone time\u201d<\/li>\n<li>He\u2019d have big arguments with her, then have mind-blowing make-up sex afterward<\/li>\n<li>He dropped by her office unannounced, and low-key warned the man she cheated with to stay away from his wife<\/li>\n<li>He\u2019d do something dangerous with her \u2013 like skydiving or getting lost in the desert \u2013 only to come home safe<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Needless to say, they got back together.
