Because it&#8217;s clear that you&#8217;ll do whatever it takes to make your relationship work, and that&#8217;s very admirable!<\/p>\n<p>At our annual Shogun Method seminar last month, I asked my audience:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cOkay, right off the top of your heads, what do you think are the phases of a relationship?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some of the answers I got were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cTalking, flirting, sex&#8230;\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cDating, courtship, marriage&#8230;\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cFirst base, second base, third base&#8230;\u201d <\/em>(This one made me laugh.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of course, I had to straighten them out immediately after. I knew where they were getting their <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/relationship-advice-for-guys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relationship advice<\/a> before they came to me.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;and guess what? I realize if I didn\u2019t straighten them out <em>FAST<\/em>, they\u2019d be leading their relationships into a trap.<\/p>\n<p>See this video :-<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/g3np1thWZa8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>The Worst Place To Get Relationship Advice From<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Where did my audience get their ideas about the <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/stages-of-love\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stages of a relationship<\/a>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What did they do to <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/understanding-relationships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">understand how relationships work<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s where: from none other than people who call themselves <em>&#8220;Pickup Artists&#8221;<\/em> (PUAs). I mean, this PUA stuff &#8211; it\u2019s all over the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>And if the men in my audience continued following scammy PUA advice&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;they\u2019ll throw themselves headlong into a painful, frustrating future.<\/p>\n<p>And guess what? <strong>So will you, if you follow PUA advice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why Pickup Artist Tricks Suck<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Why doesn\u2019t PUA advice work? Well, let me count the ways&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the purposes of this guide, the main PUA \u201ctrap\u201d is that it\u2019s o<em>ne-size-fits-all.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>They teach you certain techniques&#8230; and then expect you to use them from the first \u201chello\u201d all the way after \u201cI do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You see, <em>it doesn\u2019t work that way. <\/em>You might have experienced it yourself.<\/p>\n<p>You might have been in a relationship that started out magically&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;but soon everything went to hell, even if you didn\u2019t change your approach.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You may not have realized, but that relationship went to hell <strong>BECAUSE<\/strong> you didn\u2019t change your approach.<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/is-she-playing-hard-to-get\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Is She Playing Hard To Get?<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Different Relationship Stages Need Different Strategies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The truth is this:<\/p>\n<p>You need to use <strong><em>specific<\/em><\/strong> techniques at <strong><em>specific<\/em><\/strong> phases in your relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Each set of techniques moves you through the current phase into the next one, on and on until she\u2019s yours forever.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s how things are supposed to be. <strong>Different relationship stages will need different strategies to work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And in this guide, you\u2019ll learn how it\u2019s done. Continue reading&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Four Phases Of A Relationship<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>IRAE Model<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>So, let&#8217;s get to the gist of this guide: <strong>what are the phases of a relationship?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Answer: There are <strong>four<\/strong> &#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The <strong>Intrigue<\/strong> phase, where you pique a woman\u2019s curiosity and make her want to know you better;<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Rapport<\/strong> phase, where she starts liking you, trusting you&#8230; and then wondering if you\u2019d make a great lover;<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Attraction<\/strong> phase, where she falls in love with you and wants to get into a relationship with you; and<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Enslavement<\/strong> phase, where she decides with all her heart and soul to stay with you for the rest of her life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In Shogun Method, we call this the <strong>IRAE Model<\/strong>. (<strong>I<\/strong>ntrigue, <strong>R<\/strong>apport, <strong>A<\/strong>ttraction, <strong>E<\/strong>nslavement.)<\/p>\n<p>The rules of the IRAE Model are simple:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>You go through the Model one phase at a time<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>You go through the phases in sequence<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>You do NOT skip any of the phases, ever<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Make sense?<\/p>\n<p>So, here&#8217;s how you&#8217;ll move through one IRAE phase or stage to the next:<\/p>\n<p>By using the specific techniques <strong><em>RELEVANT<\/em><\/strong> to that phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\">READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-make-a-relationship-stronger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How To Make A Relationship Last<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Shogun Method Techniques (For Each IRAE Model)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Details are in the core Shogun Method program, but here\u2019s something to give you an idea:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Intrigue<\/strong> phase, your goal is to grab her attention and get her to engage you in conversation. The main technique you\u2019ll use here is the <em>\u201cIntrigue Ping.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Rapport<\/strong> phase, your goal is to make her like you and trust you more than her closest friend. The techniques you\u2019ll use here include<em> \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/barnum-statements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barnum Statements<\/a>\u201d <\/em>and<em> \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/mirroring-psychology-attraction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mirroring<\/a>.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Attraction<\/strong> phase, your goal is to make her fall in love with you. The techniques you\u2019ll use in this phase include <em>\u201cImplanted Commands\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cDevalidation.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Enslavement<\/strong> phase, your goal is to make her feel emotionally addicted to you for life. The techniques you\u2019ll use here include <em>\u201cSegregation\u201d <\/em>and the <em>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_C2z5tVhJuM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Black Rose Sequence<\/a>.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you find it a bit overwhelming, that\u2019s because it is.<\/p>\n<p>Trying to master Shogun Method in one day is like trying to drink from a fire hose. It&#8217;s true&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;and that\u2019s why most Shogun Method students usually take a few weeks to get proficient.<\/p>\n<p>Is there a shortcut to the whole process? <strong>No.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Well, guess what? There IS one technique you can use in all four phases of the relationship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So, if you only had time to learn one Shogun Method technique, it would have to be THIS one.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Find out what this technique is in the next section&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>The ONE Technique To Rule Them All<\/h2>\n<p><strong>So what\u2019s this one technique that can be used in all four phases of a relationship?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s called <strong>Fractionation<\/strong>. It\u2019s a storytelling technique that puts women on <strong><em>emotional rollercoasters.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By \u201cemotional rollercoasters,\u201d I mean intensifying cycles of positive and negative emotions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pain and pleasure<\/li>\n<li>Pressure and release<\/li>\n<li>Stress and relief<\/li>\n<li>Dread and reassurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fractionation works by exploiting a flaw in the female brain.<\/strong> And that flaw is its vulnerability to emotional rollercoasters.<\/p>\n<p>Put another way \u2013 women are hard-wired to feel ADDICTED to emotional rollercoasters.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, men have the same addiction, but on a lesser degree&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019ve ever felt addicted to a TV show, a good book, a movie series, a sports team&#8230; you have your brain to blame.<\/p>\n<p>Now here\u2019s the thing:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women feel that addiction ten times more powerfully.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re wired to need it, want it, and even look for it if they don\u2019t have it.
