It\u2019s all because of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or to be specific, it\u2019s all about <strong>Sexual Market Value,<\/strong> or <strong>SMV <\/strong>for short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an important, so pay attention!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><strong>READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-tame-your-girlfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How To Train Your Girlfriend<\/a><\/strong><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sexual Market Value (SMV)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imagine the dating game as being like a \u201cmarket.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The people who have the most desirable traits&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physically attractive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financially successful<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-dominate-your-wife\/\">Dominant<\/a> (for men)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/submissive-girlfriend\/\">Submissive<\/a> (for women)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Socially popular and well-liked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentally <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/strong-man\/\">strong<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have got good \u201cgame\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;have the HIGHEST \u201cmarket value\u201d of all. And so people of the opposite sex all want to \u201cown\u201d them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You see it play out all the time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Men who have <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/alpha-male-characteristics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alpha male characteristics<\/a> have high SMV\u2019s <\/strong>\u2013 and so women chase after them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Good looking women have high SMV\u2019s <\/strong>\u2013 and so guys chase after them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Men who have beta male traits have low SMV\u2019s<\/strong>, and so very few (if any) women like them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mediocre looking women have low SMV\u2019s<\/strong>, and so very few (if any) men like them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what SMV is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SMV Gap Causes Insecurity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So, how does the concept of SMV relate to your girlfriend&#8217;s insecurity?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Your SMV is much greater than hers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She sees you as a really great guy \u2013 and she feels, somehow, she doesn\u2019t deserve you. (Or, that you deserve someone better than her.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>SMV Gap<\/strong><\/span> makes her feel insecure in so many ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She\u2019s afraid you\u2019ll cheat on her<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She\u2019s afraid you\u2019ll dump her for another woman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She\u2019s afraid you\u2019ll outgrow her financially (if you haven&#8217;t already)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She\u2019s afraid she\u2019s useless or inadequate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She\u2019s afraid you won\u2019t need her anymore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To make matters worse&#8230;<strong> a woman\u2019s SMV will only go DOWN as she gets older.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And men, since we\u2019re all about goals and growth and self-improvement, will see our SMV\u2019s go UP as we age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So the SMV gap gets wider and wider&#8230; and she\u2019ll feel more and more insecure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So how do you solve the problem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, remember that you can\u2019t \u201ccure\u201d a woman\u2019s insecurity. It\u2019s impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But you CAN, and SHOULD, make her happier with time. You\u2019ll never leave her. You know that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And so her insecurity is really just <em>\u201cwhite noise\u201d<\/em> to you. It\u2019s just a distraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you should REALLY focus on is making her <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">happy<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the best, most \u201cwin-win\u201d way to do that&#8230; may sound a little counterproductive, but it works. Believe me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Make Her Happy By Exploiting Her Insecurity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how to make her happier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You INCREASE her insecurity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basically, you keep increasing your SMV as time goes by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep working on your fitness <em>(get ripped!)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep growing your finances <em>(make it rain!)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep building your network and meet high value people <em>(build your rolodex!)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>As the gap in SMV\u2019s between you and your girlfriend gets bigger&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8230;she\u2019s going to go <\/em><strong><em>CRAZY <\/em><\/strong><em>with <\/em><strong><em>INCREASED <\/em><\/strong><em>insecurity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But you know what? That\u2019s fine \u2013 just more \u201cwhite noise\u201d for you. He kept growing and improving himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He kept working on his physique. He kept meeting new people.
