Someone tells a joke and she laughs along with everyone else.<\/p>\n Does she glance at you, too?<\/p>\n If she does, that\u2019s a good<\/span> sign. It means, among all the guys in the group, she likes you the most.<\/p>\n This is a natural sign of interest, and so even if she’s playing hard to get with you<\/a>, she’ll still display it.<\/p>\n When she\u2019s chatting with you one-on-one, take note of the things she tells you.<\/p>\n If she hints about wanting something, but not being able to get it, that\u2019s a sign:<\/p>\n So that\u2019s a sign she likes you. Go ahead, ask her out, and schedule the date. What\u2019s should you do next?<\/strong><\/p>\n Here\u2019s what:<\/p>\n You should promise yourself that if you did decide to date her, it\u2019s for the long haul.<\/p>\n That is, you should go and make her your exclusive girlfriend… and NOT just a one-night-stand.<\/p>\n Why make her your girlfriend, and not just some fling?<\/p>\n Here\u2019s why:<\/p>\n It\u2019s just way too risky, both for you and for her.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n And the risks that come with starting a casual relationship with a co-worker are just not worth it.<\/p>\n Think of it this way:<\/p>\n Your workplace is like your social circle. There\u2019s probably a girl in your social circle who secretly likes you.<\/p>\n If you jumped her and dumped her, everyone will find out… and you become a pariah<\/em> in your own social circle.<\/p>\n But if you dated her and became exclusive with her, then everyone will love you two.<\/p>\n Your workplace is like that. Do it wrong<\/a> and your reputation will take a hit… but do it RIGHT, and everyone will love you.<\/strong><\/p>\n And why wouldn\u2019t they? 20% of all couples first meet at the workplace, anyway. It\u2019s normal.<\/p>\n So if you\u2019re not ready to commit to an exclusive relationship yet, then DON\u2019T do anything. Even if she shows you all three signs she likes you.<\/p>\n Keep things professional, and just game women who DON\u2019T work with you.<\/strong> Just trust me on this.<\/p>\n On the other hand, if you ARE<\/em> ready to commit to an exclusive relationship with your co-worker…<\/p>\n …then here\u2019s what you should do next.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Don\u2019t let anyone else know that you\u2019re planning to date your co-worker.<\/strong><\/p>\n Don\u2019t brag, don\u2019t show off, don\u2019t make bets with the guys.<\/p>\n Everything should be just between you and her.<\/p>\n The reason? It\u2019s to keep word from going around.
