Here&#8217;s What You Need To Know"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Emotionally High Maintenance Woman &#8211; If You&#8217;re Dating One, Then Know This<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;ve got a question for you&#8230; have you ever dated a high-maintenance woman?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Or worse&#8230; are you dating one RIGHT NOW?<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, she\u2019s high-maintenance if she\u2019s any (or all!) of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>She\u2019s excessively needy and demanding of your time and attention<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She always plays the victim card<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She almost never forgives your mistakes, no matter how tiny<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She\u2019s constantly complaining<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She blames you for nearly everything that goes wrong<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She almost never lets you have any \u201cspace\u201d for yourself<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>She never says \u201csorry,\u201d even if it\u2019s her fault<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>You&#8217;re suspecting that she&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/dating-a-sociopath-narcissist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sociopath<\/a>, or worse, a <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/female-psychopaths\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">psychopath<\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So basically&#8230; if the woman you\u2019re dating is any of the above, then yes, she\u2019s high-maintenance. And that\u2019s <strong>NEVER <\/strong>a good thing.<\/p>\n<p>No matter how much you try to please and appease a high-maintenance woman&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;she will <strong>NEVER <\/strong>be satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, she\u2019ll just keep treating you badly by making you feel like crap and disrespecting you&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;<a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/stages-of-a-breakup-for-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">until she gets tired and leaves you for another man<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m not even kidding here.<\/p>\n<p>And you know what? It\u2019s what almost happened to \u201cJarvis,\u201d one of my Shogun Method clients.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the story of how his high-maintenance girlfriend, \u201cTisha,\u201d was running their relationship \u2013 and his life \u2013 into the ground&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Check out this video :-<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PBE7bIoVzI4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>Jarvis (Mr. <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-stop-being-a-nice-guy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nice Guy<\/a>) vs Tisha (Ms. High Maintenance Woman)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cDerek, I don\u2019t know what the hell I\u2019m doing wrong,\u201d<\/em> Jarvis wailed to me.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201cI\u2019m doing everything I\u2019m supposed to be doing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I\u2019m taking her out on dates&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I\u2019m buying her the stuff she wants&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>I follow her preferences in and out of the house&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>And STILL she\u2019s treating me like this!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jarvis\u2019s girlfriend Tisha had all the signs of a high-maintenance girlfriend. She was needy. She was critical. She was a blamer and complainer.<\/p>\n<p>And most tellingly, she treated Jarvis like a doormat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love her to death, Derek, but I\u2019m going nuts,\u201d Jarvis complained. \u201cI\u2019m the perfect boyfriend. Would it kill her to be a better girlfriend to me?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s when I asked:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cWhat would make her a better girlfriend to you, Jarvis?\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jarvis hesitated, but he soon gave me a long list of things he wished Tisha would start doing:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To be a bit stronger and more independent<\/li>\n<li>To be more honest with her feelings<\/li>\n<li>To be more forgiving<\/li>\n<li>To help him solve problems instead of just complaining<\/li>\n<li>To openly admit it whenever she\u2019s wrong<\/li>\n<li>To let him have more time for himself and his hobbies<\/li>\n<li>To treat him more respectfully<\/li>\n<li>To be a <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/submissive-girlfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">submissive girlfriend<\/a> and follow his authority instead of bossing him around<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When he was done, I asked Jarvis:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHave you ever caused Tisha <strong><em>pain<\/em><\/strong>?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jarvis stared at me in shock.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhat?!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t mean physical pain,\u201d I continued. \u201cI mean <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>emotional discomfort<\/em><\/strong><\/span>. Here\u2019s something you need to know before we continue:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>High-maintenance women are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOT<\/span> &#8220;high-maintenance&#8221; to everyone they meet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead, they\u2019re ONLY &#8220;high-maintenance&#8221; when they\u2019re with a <em>WEAK, SUBMISSIVE PUSSY<\/em> of a man.<\/p>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<p>This has got to do with how women are wired in their brain&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Because deep inside, <strong>every woman longs to submit to a strong, dominant man.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The truth is that <em>being dominated is the only way she can be truly happy in life<\/em>. That&#8217;s deeply embedded in the female psyche, and will not change anytime soon.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Feminism? Don&#8217;t Make Me Laugh<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Now, in case you\u2019re thinking: <em>\u201cBut what about feminism?\u201d, <\/em>let me tell you this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The feminist movement is not caused by masculinity, but by the LACK of masculinity in the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Believe me \u2013 if enough of us become <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/how-to-control-women\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strong, manly, CONTROLLING sons of bitches<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;women would start being happy again.<\/p>\n<p>Real men would start turning harpies into kittens, and feminism would die a painful death.<\/p>\n<p>That leads us back to the issue at hand: High-maintenance women&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>When a woman becomes \u201chigh-maintenance,\u201d it\u2019s a natural response to her man\u2019s weakness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This makes complete sense if you think about it.<\/p>\n<p><em>Putting her on a pedestal&#8230; following her every order&#8230; never giving her any emotional discomfort&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;all these things make a woman more and more <em>UNHAPPY<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>And this unhappiness manifests in \u201chigh-maintenance\u201d behavior. <strong>It\u2019s her instinctive, desperate way to make her man&#8230; <em>MAN UP<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>&#8230;And Yet Guys Continue To Fuck Up<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>And yet unfortunately&#8230; most guys do the exact OPPOSITE of manning up.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They make the mistake of doing MORE of what\u2019s making her unhappy. They mistakenly think that if they appease her more, she\u2019ll finally settle down.<\/p>\n<p>News flash: <strong>She won\u2019t.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead, once she\u2019s had enough, she\u2019ll leave them in search of a REAL man.<\/p>\n<p>So if you\u2019re dating a high-maintenance woman right now, then you need to act. <strong>FAST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>How?<\/p>\n<p>Let me show you what I advised Jarvis to do&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#cb3b34;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#e5554e;border-color:#ffffff;color:#fff;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><strong>READ ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/is-she-playing-hard-to-get\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Is She Playing Hard To Get?<\/a><\/strong><\/div><\/div>\n<h2><strong>How To Turn Her Into A \u201cLow-Maintenance Woman\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Here\u2019s another thing you\u2019ll want to remember about women from now on&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The female mind is flawed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And to understand women, you\u2019ll need to understand those flaws.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to a high-maintenance woman, their main flaw is this:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Pain is a much greater motivator than pleasure.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In other words:<\/p>\n<p><em>High-maintenance women would go to much greater lengths to avoid pain than to pursue pleasure.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And that, my friend, lies your keys to the kingdom:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>To turn a high-maintenance woman into a \u201clow-maintenance\u201d one, you\u2019ll need to inflict some <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">emotional pain<\/span> on her.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By the way, it\u2019s not nearly as bad as it sounds. Because while you\u2019ll be the source of that emotional pain, you\u2019ll also be RELIEVING that pain for her.<\/p>\n<p>That relief is a SUPER-IMPORTANT part of the process!<\/p>\n<p>Now, you might be wondering:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBut wouldn\u2019t it be better if I didn\u2019t inflict pain in the first place?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quick answer: <strong>Hell no.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jarvis was a shining example of what happens when you\u2019re all about PLEASING a woman&#8230; and none about inflicting emotional discomfort. And look what happened to him.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t be like Jarvis.<\/p>\n<p>Let me explain the &#8220;emotional pain&#8221; bit with greater detail. Continue reading.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cAction Limit\u201d and \u201cPain Limit\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>In Shogun Method<em>, <\/em>I explain that every woman has an \u201cAction Limit\u201d and a \u201cPain Limit.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her \u201cAction Limit\u201d is basically the amount of investment she needs from a man before she does something for him.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s an example:<\/p>\n<p>If a guy meets a girl and asks for her number, her Action Limit will dictate whether or not she\u2019ll give him her number.<\/p>\n<p>If her Action Limit is crazy, supermodel-level high, she might only give her number if the guy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Had celebrity-level good looks<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Drove a Lambo<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Had superstar confidence<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>And other such \u201chigh requirements\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But if her Action Limit is low, she just might require him to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Not be ugly<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Not be dirt-poor<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>At least be polite<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>And other low expectations<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simple, right?<\/p>\n<p>In Tisha\u2019s case, her Action Limit was ridiculously high&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jarvis desperately wanted her to respect him, but she wasn\u2019t willing to give that respect to him.<\/p>\n<p>And the more Jarvis tried to appease Tisha, the higher her Action Limit went. That was Jarvis\u2019s big mistake.<\/p>\n<p>So I taught Jarvis: <em>\u201cYou need to lower her Action Limit. FAST.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n<p>I answered: <em>\u201cBy raising her Pain Limit. And FAST.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I explained that a woman\u2019s Pain Limit is basically the amount of emotional discomfort she feels.<\/p>\n<p>Her Pain Limit rises when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You tease her<\/li>\n<li>You criticize her<\/li>\n<li>You reject her<\/li>\n<li>You don\u2019t give her what she wants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;and her Pain Limit falls when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re too courteous<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re too politically-correct<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re too accommodating<\/li>\n<li>You give her EVERY DAMNED THING she asks for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And here\u2019s the kicker:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>When you raise a woman\u2019s Pain Limit, her Action Limit drops.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>(This is a very important concept, and so you must understand it before continuing. If you don&#8217;t leave me a message below this article and I&#8217;ll clarify things further.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With nothing left to lose, Jarvis tried it out. He quietly started increasing Tisha\u2019s pain limit by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prioritizing his needs over hers<\/li>\n<li>Going out with his friends whenever he wanted, without getting her permission<\/li>\n<li>Giving her orders<\/li>\n<li>Teasing her when she made silly mistakes<\/li>\n<li>Dismissing her tirades as harmless bratty outbursts<\/li>\n<li>Making her do things for him<\/li>\n<li>Countering her demands with demands of his own<\/li>\n<li>Answering back when she started acting up<\/li>\n<li>Just saying \u201cNO\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And every time Tisha complied with Jarvis, he\u2019d relieve the <strong><em>emotional discomfort<\/em><\/strong> by giving her a dose of pleasure.<\/p>\n<p>What happened next was like magic&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tisha started softening up.<\/p>\n<p>She went from simply complying with Jarvis\u2019s requests and demands&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;to following his lead and respecting his authority&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;to totally, completely SUBMITTING to his <a href=\"https:\/\/derekrake.com\/blog\/dominance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dominance<\/a> in the relationship.<\/p>\n<p>And the best part? <strong><em>Tisha was totally, completely HAPPY being subservient to Jarvis!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was a complete turnaround.
