Dear Derek,
here’s my problem. I have no difficulty whatsoever approaching beautiful women without any fear. In fact I can easily approach them. I have my own system of stopping totally hot strange women easily on the street and finding a way to give them my business card. But i have a HUGE problem. I am of Asian descent, and I think that they are simply not interested in me. Mind you, I’m not some handsome looking guy, but I’m not bad looking either, and I have nice clothed and I’m also in very good shape. But I think the ethnicity turns them off, or at the very least doesn’t turn them on.
I made 500 business cards (talk about the Law Of Averages working here) and have given out more than 200 of them to hot women in a very friendly non-threatening approach style, and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.
My frustration has NEVER once shown on my face, and just like the Terminator, each time I get beaten down (by no responses), I simply get back up again and try one more time.
I’ve easily met petty women at super-markets, coffee shops, malls, banks, you name it. I’ve had the most wonderful conversations with them. And I don’t have bad breath. I’ve had long conversations, short ones, and interesting ones. I’ve even had NO conversations and just given them my number. And months and months later, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.
I’ve suggested coffee, even diner at a nice restaurant. They are simply not interested.
I’m not a boring person. I actually have many skills and other interests i life.
I am starting to believe that as far as relationships and love and attraction with women are concerned, it simply sucks to be a man. Women have a clear advantage over men. A hot woman can pretty much get any guy in an instant. Why do men have it so bad that we need to check out so many courses and seminars on how to seduce women?
Do you think there is hope for me?

Anyhow, Something great happened to me a while ago while hanging out with my friends at a somekind of a bar.. a friend of my friend arrived to join us in the table. She was awfully beautiful! She was the only girl in the table and most of my friends are good looking so they got an advantage over me. They are all interested on her. I’m not as handsome as them.. But I just applied the techniques you taught me, then it worked!

Here’s the story: I transfered to a location where I can get a little bit closer to her to open up a conversation. I applied the technique of how to get instant rapport with a woman. After a few talk, we kinda felt comfortable with each other chatting like we’ve been long time friends. And what surprises me is that, she often talk to me than to my other friends.. and I notice that some of my friends (who are very interested on her, and wants to get her number) find it difficult to get her attention (and I notice my other friends kinda looking at me jelously! hahahaha) because she was so busy talking to me and having fun.. I got her attention! It was really important to listen to a woman ang talking about topics that interest her. When she finally decided to go home and leave, I was the only one among my friends who got her number. I think that my friends were thingking how I did all of that knowing that I am a silent and shy guy. It was really an amazing night!

Hi Derek,
Hope all is well. Yesterday, I saw a hot girl who works at the library check-out counter. I asked for a phonebook and started a casual convo w/ her. Once I looked at her Sociology textbook, I asked her if she’s taking that and said how that’s my subject(reality). I also asked which level it is and who she has and if she has to take it for her major. She answered accordingly. She said how it’s so easy. I then teased her a little saying how she is trying to take the easy way out and all and she laughed a bit and finally I said I’m just playing and she said she knew. Then I kinda said how I never heard of the prof and how useful and great sociology is. How did I do in this situation? Is it ok to ever say “Just kidding.” at times. I always want to tease, but do so where I don’t offend. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have been reading your letters for a bit. I started checking them out because I am homeless and almost literally in a different town every night. My job is to find women who will feed me, give me a place to stay for a night or two and sometimes a bit of cash.. I’m 37 so I’m a bit outdated for some of the younger girls but I still pull it off occasionally..!! Fact is, if I had an apt. Or a house, I would have perfect 10’s at all times but time restraints cause me to settle most of the time…I have a few priceless lines and I am getting sweet at controlling groups and being the top alpha. I’m a great wingman also. Actually, this whole pickup gig is a lot of fun. I laugh at rejection. Only worthless, dumb bitches will reject an interesting guy. Tells you really quick who to not waste time on.. So, I don’t know if this will even get posted but here is a killer original opener for a girl or a whole group. I came up with it in Portland Oregon about a year ago..I walk up to a crowd and rub my legs and say wow my legs are sore. Yeah, I went running earlier today and I got about 5 blocks but then I felt bad so I turned around and gave the lady her purse back.. Ha ha dee da..!! I get great laughter everytime then I lay back and put on the alpha show. Talk slow and smooth and tease everybody..ok then good talk and good luck. I got plenty more coming in the future..!!

I am worried about my relationship with my own office colleage. she worked with me for 5 years and then on bitter conversation on dec 1, she annoys me or pretend to meet me.
